Machine Composition:
The ANJN Veneer Stacker is composed of several key parts: the Veneer Conveyor(for both in-feeding and out-feeding), the Air Handling Components, the PLCSystem, the Reinforced Mechanical Structure, the Electrical Cabinet, and theHydraulic Unit.
Working Principle:
The machine operates by using negative pressure to absorb the veneer sheets.The PLC system along with pressure precisely controls the movement of theveneer, guiding it to the exact designated position. Subsequently, the veneersheet is dropped onto the hydraulic lifting table, after which it is centeredto ensure a neat and stable stack.
